How we review
Every product on this site is reviewed the same way: we read the official label, look up the studies behind each ingredient, compare the doses in the bottle with the doses used in those studies, check the company behind the product, and read real customer reviews — including the uncomfortable ones.
When the evidence is thin, we say so. When a headline claim traces back to a manufacturer-funded study that was never peer-reviewed, we say that too. The goal is not to sell you a bottle; it is to let you decide in a few minutes whether a product deserves your money.
How we make money
This site is reader-supported. When you click certain links and buy a product, we may earn a commission from the seller at no additional cost to you. We have no relationship with manufacturers beyond affiliate commissions, we do not accept payment for review scores, and commissions never change a verdict.
